No. Sold Toys is an advertising and listing business. We are not a broker, dealer, sales agent, consignment service, or transaction intermediary. We do not work with third-party brokers, sales agents, or consignment intermediaries acting between an owner and buyer, and we do not accept listings submitted in those capacities. Listings must be submitted directly by the private legal owner of the toy. Dealer, third-party broker, sales-agent, and consignment listings are not accepted. We publish and promote seller advertisements, provide automated saved-search matches and alerts, and forward inquiries. We do not negotiate purchase terms, accept offers for either party, receive or hold the item's purchase funds or deposits, arrange financing, or transfer title. Buyers and sellers complete the transaction directly.
